My 50th Anniversary was Easter Sunday and sure to be a busy time for a florist. Years ago, I was disappointed by florist quality or reliability. Fair Hill is my florist because the flowers are always beautiful and ready for pick-up when I was able to stop at the store or delivered when promised. The last visit to the store was for Valentines and I was greeted by the friendliest of people. Even the cozy feel of the shop deserves 5+ stars. Thanks Fair Hill, you're the best. Don't change anything.

Florist called with attempt to accommodate but unfortunately couldn't because of last minute order which was my fault. However, they were able to accommodate my second request delivery time. As usual Fair Hill came through & delivered a beautiful arrangement on time with no problems, unfortunately it was a sympathy bouquet but the recipients were extremely pleased and brought it with them to the services. I forgot to add someone's name to the card & I called first thing the next day, a man answered and was driving, he pulled over to write down the name and said he would add it when he got to the shop, he did that & I appreciated that so much, that was an error on my part & it could've hurt someone's feelings but that gentleman saved the day!

Fair Hill Florist was awesome! I ordered a unique bouquet for mother's day. I said my mom's favorite colors were green and violet, and they created the most beautiful bouquet! They emailed me as soon as it was delivered too. My mom loved it! They were fresh and smelled wonderful! The flowers stayed fresh like that for two weeks! Ordered flowers for prom from Fair Hill Florist, the person who waited on us was amazing! We showed her a picture of the dress and she made suggestions on what flowers and color combinations to use. The bouquet they created was absolutely perfect. Great customer service.

I received a flower arrangement and a box of chocolate as a gift for my birthday from my son who lives out of state. The flowers were beautiful and the Bomboy's chocolates were delicious. My family and I have used Fair Hill florist for as long as I can remember. Great staff, with great flowers. You may pay a few more $$ for an arangement big it will last a lot longer than other florist.

Excellent service and follow through on this order. My niece loved the plant. Only suggestion on orders for plants is consider pet safety with certain plants. It was only after she received that i sent her plant care instructions and saw that it should be kept away from cats since they like to chew on them.

It's all good at Fair Hill. I ordered flowers for my wonderful sisters birthday, living over 100 miles away and having never been there I didn't know what to expect or what my sister would be getting. The young lady I spoke to while ordering was very helpful and pleasant. My sister said the flowers were very fresh and colorful in a nice basket with a bright orange bow, it brought a tear to her eye, The delivery man was very polite and courteous.
